All orders will be shipping in insulated packaging, an ice pack and seamoss will be frozen prior to shipping. Please track your package to retrieve your package from the mailbox as soon as possible. Refrigerate immediately for 4-6 hours to allow gel to re gel if it has thinned in transit or to thaw if still frozen. Keep refrigerated for the remainder of its shelf life.
